Dear Miss Manners: When my sister was married, one of her friends attended the wedding but did not bring a gift. Modern Manners: Social media calls for new brand of politeness rules
Years ago, you could prove what a classless jerk you were by simply letting a door slam in your date’s face or flirting with another hottie. It’s much more complicated now. Modern manners need to be re-evaluated. The New Rude requires new rules covering proper times and places for texting, Internet networking etiquette and so forth.
