Where can I order inexpensive wedding invitations?

Posted at 11:09 am under Wedding Gift Etiquette

I am needing invitations for approximately 250 people. We are trying to save money and would like to either print our own (if we can figure out how) or order inexpensive ones online. Does anyone know of a good website where I can find this information?

Check out both http://www.vistaprint.com and http://www.123print.com
You can get nice invitations and a large amount for a great price. Hope this helps!

For example for 250 invitations will cost you $122.99 with envelopes at vistaprint.com you.

I’m in the same boat as you are, so to speak.

I’ve been researching for several months now, and we settled on http://www.cardsandpockets.com. They are very nice quality, especially the shimmer ones. Order some samples!

Honestly, I chose C&P over vistaprint.com. It was close, but the quality from C&P blew me away. I would rather spend a little extra to make them look nice and not cheap, but that’s just my opinion.

    Good luck!

123print.com has REALLY affordably prices. I almost went there to get mine.
    Instead…
I bought my tiffany blue and brown invitations from Michael’s craft store. They were on sale for $30 each for a box of 50. Each box contains an invitation, response card, and envelopes for each along with an adorable brown ribbon that ties on each invitation.

I printed them off at my work, for free. So… I saved a lot of money! You’re smart for shopping around. Invitations are most likely thrown out except by close friends, family, or scrapbookers.

You can also go to Office Max and Staples. They have really nice invites too. And they’ll print them for a reasonable amount too! Much cheaper than online!

    Good luck and best wishes!

Do you need 250 invitations or your inviting 250 people, i’m not sure the way you said it but keep in mind that some are double (or more if a family) inviations, meaning couples (married or simply long term/living together) or people with children (if your inviting children). I’ve heard kinko’s is a okay place….

    Congratulations on your wedding!

Michael’s is definitely a great place to start. You can also print online coupons for 40% off or check your local Sunday newspaper for coupons Target also has beautiful printable invitations with response cards that usually come packaged at 50 per box.

I suggest you pricecheck online. There are many nice places you can shop online where the invitations are cheaper. You can also find instructions and videos online for DIY invitations. DIY can be pretty cheap but still look nice!
